Electric Utilities are metered and billed monthly. Water & Sewer are included. Outdoor watering is available for only $15.00/month.
Long-Term leases are not intended for ongoing "residency".
"Residency" is allowed, but is an additional $450 per year.
RV 12 Month Leases
Only $1800.00 per year. $200 Utility Deposit.
Total Due at beginning of lease.
NOTE: All spaces have full city water/sewer connections
for RV's/Campers with self-contained bathrooms & showers as we do not have a
community Shower House.
